Olympic Transmission is by far one of the best places I have taken a car for repairs. I was totally impress with their costumer service, their professional attitude and above all I was treated like family. I will not hesitate to recommend Olympic Transmission to any one. Carlos the owner excel in providing costumer service. The repairs where done quickly and correctly the fist time.

Hard to beat this shop, friendly people and good work at fair prices. Can't ask for more. I would recommend this company 100%. They fixed my transmission for a few hundred dollars and I was glad to pay it. They took me home, picked me up and the cookies were a wonderful touch. Its rare to find excellence like this anymore in any business, I will use them again.

If your looking for a place that does it right the first time, with exceptional craftsmanship and skill, I would look no further. Mark Maez and his crew do phenomonal work. I took my car in to get the timing belt and water pump replaced for my car on a Tuesday afternoon scheduled to get it back Wednesday afternoon. However, due to a rare unfrotunate circumstance, the shop needed to finish up with a vehicle sooner than anticipated and had to put my vehicle on hold (it was finished on Thursday afternoon instead). The shop felt felt bad about not finishing the job when expected, went ahead and replaced my alternator (which needed replacement soon), air conditioner belt, my power steering, changed my oil, and washed my car all for free! Now thats Service!! As long as I'm within a few hours of this shop (I live in Seattle), I will take my car to this place!

Olympic Transmissions is by far the best place I have ever taken my cars and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest mechanic who does excellent work. I found the place in a pinch when my power steering went out on I-5 and ever since I have taken my cars there for any and all reasons because of the great work they do and the culture of integrity in this family owned business. Anyone who takes their vehicle there will see the difference immediately.

Awesome Carlos was very nice, and his family to.. They did an amazing job, gave me a discount, and got free cookies when I got my car back... Will be going back to them for a tune-up shortly!

My '97 Ford F250 suddenly began shaking under acceleration. I knew it couldn't be good to run it like that, but I needed it the next day to pick up products for my new house. I contacted Carlos and described the problem and my need to get it back the same day. Carlos assured me that they could analyze the problem and, most likely, cure it that day. To my satisfaction, they did. It now runs like it used to and they helped prevent a bigger problem. Olympic Transmission is a full automotive care facility, with very honest people running it.

Carlos, the owner is a rarity- an honest car mechanic. I've had work done here over the last year on all my family's vehicles- my Ford work van, my wife's minivan and two of my kids' cars and each time I get good communication, quality parts and attention to detail.
