Carlos and Amanda took great care of the immediate problem my vehicle was having (shift solenoid failing) and were recommended by other repair shops in town. I could not be happier. I have an older vehicle with many miles that I want to keep on the road. Carlos completed a careful inspection and recommended additional work to accomplish that and keep me safe. Everything he recommended was on target and were things I already knew or suspected should be done, which further established trust. No unnecessary work was suggested. Amanda provided timely estimates to accomplish the additional work. The estimates were comparable or lower than from other shops. It's such a relief to be able to rely on a local, family business! No point in looking anywhere else!

We naively bought a rebuilt car requiring an inspection done by a certified mechanic. My wife called numerous car repair shops in Olympia in vain. Then Carlos, an ASE certified mechanic, gave us an appointment for the next morning. The fee was reasonable, and the shop was immaculately clean. He checked our car thoroughly, over and beyond the mandatory items listed on the form. We were impressed by how he proudly displays portraits of his beautiful family in the cozy waiting room. So glad we have an honest and professional car mechanic in Olympia we can count on.
